Social media support in transport industry


About this project

We were tasked with short-term cover for Transporeon's LinkedIn channel. This included collaborating with and managing content and creative teams across the whole company, hosting weekly sessions to ensure that all content was posted properly. We needed to create multiple reports to make informed decisions about how content should be posted to the channels, whilst also improving the efficiency in the way that the team created their content.


  • Leading the social team, on product content usage
  • Customer service & Community Management,
  • Being a key point of content for social queries from within the marketing team
  • Creation of an internal workshop for key stakeholders

Outcomes in 10 months

  • Social Media planning process was improved,
  • Core internal operation changes were implemented for content deliverables, to ensure improvements on organic content performance
  • Key KPI's were reached within the allotted time frame
