About this project
When working with Jacobs Douwe Egberts, we undertook a comprehensive audit and review of their global social media channels to enhance their digital strategy and drive greater engagement. Our primary focus was on identifying key insights, opportunities, and actionable recommendations for improving their social media performance.
We also conducted an extensive competitor analysis, benchmarking JDE’s digital presence against industry leaders to identify strengths and areas for growth. In addition, we reviewed and compared various JDE channels across the globe to ensure consistency and alignment with global objectives. To streamline content delivery and improve coordination across regions, we developed a unified global content calendar, ensuring a cohesive brand narrative while allowing for local market relevance. These efforts resulted in a more strategic, data-driven approach to social media, positioning JDE for enhanced global visibility and engagement.
