About this project

Our European AV client  asked Voodoo to help them transform their Social Media marketing – going from unstructured, unfocused, and ad hoc to a consolidated, strategic, world-class Social Media presence.

This project last over 18 months, and covered all areas of social media management, including, content creation, platform management,  1st level customer services as well as the set-up, management and execution of a seasonal photoshoot.

Activities

  • Create an active and varied community on Facebook with desired audience mix
  • Provide a strategic and operational framework for branch activities, posts, promotions and translations 
  • Create Instagram page (now the most followed of all AV profiles for corporate parent globally) 
  • Provide 1st level point of contact for customer service queries coming through social channels, and proving a switchboard process to ensure fast responses back to customers
